INITIAL APPOINTMENT

The initial session is about 60 minutes and will include an extensive assessment about your nutrition, lifestyle, and medical history. You will meet will Danielle virtually and create a plan that is targeted toward your goals and nutrition needs. The initial plan is intended to get you started on your nutrition journey. Danielle will provide you with guided feedback and realistic solutions that are customized to your goals and lifestyle.

FOLLOW-UP SESSION

The key to success in nutrition is accountability. That is why we suggest scheduling follow up appointments every 1-2 weeks for the first 2-3 months. During these appointments we will discuss various components, including meal plans, supplements, review routine bloodwork, discuss body image/weight concerns and relationship to food. Follow-ups are crucial because life is constantly changing, which means we need to adapt with this change.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Schedule a free 15-minute discovery call with Danielle to determine if it feels like a good match for you.

  • The first appointment is about 60 minutes. Your dietitian will complete a full assessment on your health history, diet history, lifestyle, bloodwork & more. By the end of the appointment we will create a plan and specific goals for you to work on.

  • When it comes to making lasting lifestyle changes - accountability is KEY. That is why it is highly suggested to schedule follow-ups every 1-2 weeks for the first 2-3 months of working together. These appointments are about 30-45 minutes in length and allow us to adjust your goals, track your progress and make changes to your plan.

    Maybe, you have no time to meal prep next week because you were away all weekend for a wedding - no problem, we will discuss exactly what you need to do to stay on track! Maybe work is going to be crazy busy and you need a game plan for the week - these are the kind of topics that follow-ups are perfect for.
