    Meet with Danielle for your initial phone consultation (about 60 min). You will discuss your goals, food preferences, previous obstacles with weight loss & more. This will allow Danielle to get to know you and create a plan that fits your lifestyle.

  • RECEIVE YOUR PLAN

    You will receive your very own custom Weight Loss Plan. This plan will provide you with a step by step program to help you reach your weight loss goals!

  • WEEKLY CHECK-INS

    Each week you will complete an online assessment to report stats, challenges, wins & more. This will allow Danielle to make the appropriate changes to your plan for the following week.
