• Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a meal plan or consultation has been delivered. If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us to discuss your concerns.

5. Cancellation and Termination

• Cancellation: We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Any appointments that are not cancelled within 24 hours, will be charged the 75% of the appointment fee. You may cancel your meal plan subscription at any time. However, you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused portion of the service.

• Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

DF Nutrition and its affiliates, partners, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
